2024-2025 Rates

These rates are reviewed and updated if necessary every year. 2 weeks notice will be given of any rate changes.

All fees are charged in advance and are invoiced via KIDKARE - an online payment service. Parents are required to set up automatic payments. Please see the handbook for new rules regarding the online payment system.

7/12/24: Please Note that fees increase January 1st, 2025.

10/17/2022: NOTICE: There will be a new fee beginning January 3, 2023 for any schedule changes without notice. There will be a $5 charge for every schedule change without prior notice. The charge will be added to your weekly invoice. The charge is per schedule change. No exceptions.

Full Time Care is offered at a weekly rate.

10% discount off the weekly rate for each additional child. No discount is offered for a daily or drop in rate.

Full Time care is considered 4 or 5 days per week.

(2 weeks fees is required upfront as a deposit-see handbook for details)

PART TIME CARE IS NOT OFFERED - Part time care is difficult on a child and a caregiver. We only provide FULL time care.

Payment is billed via an online payment system called KidKare. This service has merged with a company called Parachute and it will begin operating under the name Parachute on 29th of August 2024. You can choose to pay weekly or biweekly. There is no rate difference, just your personal preference. Credit cards are accepted via the system but you are required to pay a small fee per transaction. Please not there is also a $1 per payment fee that is paid by me.

LATE PAYMENTS:

There is a charge of $60 per day (or part thereof ) each day fees are late. This includes weekend days. This fee is STRICTLY ENFORCED. Please pay on time to avoid these fees. Outstanding late fees and Repeat offenders are grounds for termination without notice. I understand that circumstances arise, however daycare should be a priority bill and payments should be made ON TIME via the automatic payment system. My bills can't be paid if you don't pay yours. Unpaid invoices are inconsiderate and your child's spot will be filled with a child who can pay their bill on time. Automatic invoice payments are not optional.

EARLY/LATE DROP OFFS/ PICK UPS:

$65 for the first 15 minutes or any part thereof and $25 a minute after that outside of your regular hours. FRIDAY LATE FEE IS: $85 for the first 15 minutes or any part thereof and $30 a minute after that. Fee is payable at the time of offence. Fees will be assessed as above and your child will not be accepted into my care until fees are paid. If you are early or late please make sure you have CASH in hand. Your child may not return to childcare until your fees are paid. Late payment fees will be charged on top of your charges if payment is not made. Fees will accrue from the time of offence until payment is made.

Please call if you are going to be early or late and please remember late pickups cut into time with my family. Please be respectful of my time.

Before and After school care: (Woodland District 50 Grades K-8)

After School Care for GRADES K and 1-5

* Rates will increase to $150 per week beginning the 2024/2025 school year

Before School Care is on as needed basis and an extra fee is required for this care

***This is a WEEKLY flat rate fee regardless of non attendance and school closures. The rate increase reflects woodlands new weekly early release on Fridays. You are billed at the end of each week for the week.

After School snack is provided.*** Please send a water bottle.

School age children may bring one activity/tablet/book/toy per day to play with in the afternoons as most of our toys are geared toward toddlers but they are responsible for those items. Headphones/earbuds are required for any tablet or Chromebook usage. If your child does not have any, they must have the device muted. Homework must be completed prior to using any electronics.

Daily Rate not available. No transportation is provided. Bus riders only.

You will not be charged for spring break or winter break if your child does not attend daycare. Full weekly rates apply for those weeks if your child does attend. Breaks must correlate with District 50 Breaks and care is not guaranteed. If our roster is full, we cannot accommodate your child for a full week.

Preschool- Rates are the same as FULL TIME care. Your preschooler occupies a FULL TIME spot at daycare therefore FULL TIME rates are charges. This is not negotiable. Transportation is only provided to Wildwood Park District Preschool if my schedule allows. I do recommend working our a ride with a fellow classmate if possible.
